This Agreement is a contract between you and web-service P2PBET.IO (hereinafter – “P2PBet”, “our”, “us” or “we”) and applies to your use of the P2PBet services via usage of the website located at http://p2pbet.io or mirror websites that contain identical information (hereinafter – “Website”) and / or via application for tablets and smartphones (iOS, Android, Windows mobile) (hereinafter – “APP”).
You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Website (APP). Past performance is no guarantee for future results. Dealing with cryptocurrencies can involve significant risks and the value of them can go up or down.
This document tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (hereinafter – “Terms”) applicable to the services we offer.
P2PBet provides a platform for Users with the ability to join various programs that simulate investment-related situations. These programs allow the user to enter the program at will and transfer the internal unit of account called MRCs belonging to him for a fixed period and instruct P2PBet to perform actions in the interests of the User aimed at increasing the number of MRCs using the site algorithms (hereinafter – “Services”).
Without limitation, our Services do not provide users with the ability to trade any forms of legal tender (e.g.US dollars). MRC has no legal status, scope, features, functions or characteristics, express or implied, including, without limitation, any purpose and scope, function or characteristics.
Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Website (APP). This Agreement applies to all users of the Website (APP). If you do not agree to these Terms, please navigate away from the Website (APP).

ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT
By registering for the Services, you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
You must meet certain eligibility criteria to use Services. By accessing or using Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years;
- You have sufficient understanding of the functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms and intricacies associated with cryptographic tokens, token storage facilities (including digital token wallets), distributed ledger technology, blockchain technology and analogous systems;
- You have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Services;
- You have read and understood these Terms;
- You have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other Agreement to which you are a party;
- You will not use our Services if any applicable laws in your country prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms;
- You represent and warrant that you will not be using this site for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
- You are not a citizen of or resident or domiciled or, in the case of a body corporate, incorporated or registered in a prohibited jurisdiction such us United States, Canada, Republic of China.
- You are not the subject of any sanctions administered or enforced by any country, government or international authority nor are you resident or established (in the case of a corporate entity) in a country or territory that is the subject of a country-wide or territory-wide sanctions by any government and/or regulatory authority;
- You will comply with any and all Tax obligations in your jurisdiction of domicile and/or incorporation/registration (in the case of a body corporate).
By participating in, you hereby warrant and represent that each warranty is true, accurate and not misleading.
This Agreement, together with other legal terms and legally required disclosures relating to your use of the P2PBet Service will be provided to you, at all times on the P2PBet Website (APP). This information may also be sent to you or appear in places on the P2PBet Website (APP) or otherwise where relevant to your use of the Services.
You agree that any use by you of the Services shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement and we recommend that you store or print-off a copy of the Agreement (including all policies) for your records.
P2PBet will require you to have a P2PBet account (hereinafter as the “Account”) to use the Services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – KEY RISKS AND TERMS

Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully before agreeing to it.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations of your specific jurisdiction that may be applicable to you in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to, those related to regulated activity, licensed activity, taxes or foreign currency transactions.
We may close, suspend, or limit your access to your Account or our Services, and/or limit access to your MRC to the extent and for so long as reasonably needed to protect against the risk of liability if you violate this Agreement or any other agreement you enter into with the P2PBet.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
In order to access and use the Services, you must create an account with P2PBet (hereinafter the “Account”).
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating the account;
  P2PBet reserves the right to request additional information from you, other than what is referred to in this Agreement, to allow it to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.
  You agree to comply with any request for further information as we reasonably require to enable us to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations. This may include, without limitation, requiring you to fax, email or otherwise provide to us certain identification documents.
  You also agree to provide us, upon our reasonable request and at your own expense, information about your finance and operations, including, without limitation, your most recent financial statements (certified or otherwise) and merchant processing statements (if applicable).
- Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current;
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your Account and your computer;
- Promptly notify P2PBet if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to P2PBet;
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website (APP), and any Service or material we provide on the Website (APP), in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website (APP) is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to users to some parts of the Website (APP), to certain Accounts or the whole of the Website (APP), including registered users.
You are responsible for:
- Making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website (APP);
- Ensuring that all persons who access the Website (APP) through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them;
- Maintaining and promptly update your Account information;
- Maintaining the security of your Account by protecting your password and restricting access to your Account;
- All activities that occur under your Account and you accept all risks of any authorized or unauthorized access to your Account, to the maximum extent permitted by the law.
OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. We, our service providers or subcontractors (if any) make no representations or warranties about the suitability of the information, software, products, security and services contained in our Services for any purpose or their compliance with any accounting rules, principles or laws, and expressly disclaim any representation or warranty that the Services will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, that communications to or from the Services will be secure and not intercepted, that the services and other capabilities offered from the Services will be uninterrupted, or that their content will be accurate, complete or timely.
We disclaim all warranties and conditions, express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
You acknowledge that you have not entered into this Agreement in reliance upon any warranty or representation except those specifically set forth in these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW, P2PBet SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- The use of the Website (APP) and Services by you; and/or
- Your access to the Website (APP); and/or
- Hacking of the P2PBet’s Website (APP), software, services or other malicious activities.
  Whilst the P2PBet has considered its cybersecurity, risks related to software weakness, human error, external attacks and others, continue to exist
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit the liability of the P2PBet for dishonesty, fraud, willful misconduct or willful neglect by the P2PBet.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION; APPLICABLE LAW
If a dispute arises between you and P2PBet you should contact P2PBet first within thirty (30) days of when it arises. Notice to P2PBet shall be sent to support@p2pbet.io
Our goal is to learn about and address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly.
WAIVER
Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver thereof.
SEVERANCE
If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party of this Agreement shall be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of their respective obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
This agreement does not give rise to any rights of third parties.
